How billing works
- Rates are per km for AC vehicles, billed garage-to-garage (Delhi) with a minimum km per day.
- Driver allowance is per day. Night charge applies when driving after 10 pm.
- Tolls, parking, state entry taxes and permits are paid at actuals. You see every receipt.
- One-way drops are billed as a return trip, the same as every operator.
- Every quote is written down on WhatsApp before you pay. No surprises.
FAQ
Good to know
Are the vehicles really yours?+
Yes. We run our own vehicles and drivers, so the car that is quoted is the car that arrives. For very large groups we add trusted partner coaches and tell you upfront.
How is the price calculated?+
Outstation trips are billed per km, garage to garage from Delhi, with a minimum km per day, plus a daily driver allowance. Tolls, parking and state taxes are at actuals. We send the full quote in writing on WhatsApp before you pay.
Do you do one-way drops?+
Yes, to anywhere in North India. One-way trips are billed as a return trip because the vehicle has to come back empty.
Can you pick us up from the airport or railway station?+
Yes. IGI Terminals 1, 2 and 3, New Delhi, Old Delhi, Hazrat Nizamuddin and Anand Vihar. Share your flight or train number and the driver will track it.
What about hill driving?+
Our drivers do Uttarakhand and Himachal routes every week, including Kedarnath (Sonprayag), Badrinath, Chopta and Manali. They know the halts, timings and where roads close.
